Ernie Shepherd Such a gorgeous little walk. Dogs are allowed on leash and you can walk down all the way the creek till the oval . Was surprised of how secluded is inside and we’ll take care of. Be adventurous and take the walk under River rd . Very cool

Andaleeb Sheraz This nature walk is wonderfully blessed by foliage, and chirping birds and squaking parrots. Every few steps you can smell jasmine and hear the rustling leaves and see the flying birds. This bushland park is a delight for those who love flora. Dont forget binoculars if you want to watch some birds though. The foliage is pretty thick so its easy to miss quick moving bodies. Also, most of the birds are perched high up. So down below one doesnt get to see them much.

gordon k A hidden gem in Lane Cove. We hired the venue for a birthday party with 50 people. The place is clean and well maintained. It has a nice little kitchen with fridge. The playground outside the venue is excellent and relatively new. The play equipment caters for children at all ages. The only downside is parking can be limited on a busy day.

Sue Burnet There is an awesome music group call Lane Cove Concert Bands who make this their home. They have 3 levels of bands from rusty/beginner to professional. New musicians are always welcome to join. Just google their name and you will find them

Je B It is a nice park except for the slippery dips which back on to sharps rocks which are dangerous for little ones who risk falling back in sustaining serious injury. There should be a barrier or platform to stop this happening. Council should send someone to review this

Hetal Chauhan A good location nestled in the Lane Cove area. Its great for birthday parties with small kids, as there is a small park with play equipment just outside the hall. Parking - wheelchair accessible is available.

Richard Wienburg This afternoon was the launch of live music at Carisbrook House, and it was sold out! It was a fabulous cheese and wine event with entertainment by The Songs of Dire Straits. What an amazing say and highly recommend future events, especially if the same band play again. 5 stars!

José Henrique Vaskys Beautiful and well kept museum that recalls the Australian history and life in the 1880. It definitely worths a visit, just make sure about their schedule first due COVID-19. Make sure to check out for the Devonshire Tea.

Maya Russell Sadly a very disappointing experience, or lack thereof I should say. I had planned to take my elderly grandmother here as she had always wanted to visit. I emailed with one of the staff via the email they have listed on their website in the week leading up to it, confirming they would be open. My has a lot of trouble leaving the house as she is very frail and it was a 40 minute drive to bring her here. We came all the way and she was so excited, just to find that they were closed. It did not list that it was closed online or anywhere. I did expect to possibly receive an email from the staff I had been speaking with via email to let me know they would actually be closed as I had been told otherwise, and had let them know that I would be attending, but I received no communication. This I would have been okay with, but when I called their phone number on arrival the woman I spoke to was very rude. I explained the situation and that they had not announced anywhere that they would be closed (must have been a last minute decision) and that I had travelled 40 minutes with my elderly grandmother to come visit. The woman did not care whatsoever, and seemed extremely bothered and irritated that I had called. No apology or anything. Extremely rude and annoyed tone. Completely ruined the day and we were so upset. If you had needed to close because of weather that is completely understandable, but you need to work on how you speak to potential customers/visitors and not be so rude to people.

Sam H Nicely maintained playground for young toddlers and older kids. Shade over toddler playground is great on a hot day.

Nuntika Potts Just a bit disappointed how dirty is it. This park used to be my older son favourite park before I went there again with my younger. So sad look old and dirty.

Kimbo Great park for all ages … well thought out

david mitchell Superb park. Ive been to this park on a number of occasions; BBQ, Live Music, a Native Bee Course in the Community Garden. The BBQ plates are hot so food cooks evenly and quickly. On my most recent journey I found a shortcut through to Lane Cove River (via unit block 300c). Parking is very limited. Family friendly, wheelchair accessible.

Mr Andrew May Beautiful bushwalk

david mitchell Interesting creek scenery. The combination of flowing creek and mossy sandstone rocks is superb. I unsuccessful panned for gold. Rare does one find such a good creek. The drop bears were very active - their growling was heard from one kilometre away - yet I had keenly smeared Vegemite behind both ears - the only known way of avoiding a drop bear attack.

Hammon Mans Such a beautiful waterfall! Its great to visit a waterfall in the residential part of city

Lange Jorstad This “waterfall” is really just a quick sideshow to the bushwalk from Lane Cove park to Gore Creek Reserve. Most of the time it is a stagnant pool with a trickle of water over the “falls”. Don’t plan your trip around it, but still worth a quick peek if you’re hiking by.

Shally Konjo Out of all the waterfalls Ive seen, this one was the saddest. Not because of the sight of the waterfall or the path to get there (went downhill on a trail and then steep steps to get to the bottom of the Falls), but of the history behind it and how it got to the state it is now. It has been reduced to a smaller waterfall with stagnant water at the bottom. Hardly the place to go and swim in. Ive placed a picture of the history in the photos.

Hina Mehreen Visiting this waterfall made me wonder I am somewhere far from the city. Amazing place to visit within Sydney, fairly close to the city.
5 /5
Srinath Holla This is small waterfall, but you need lots and lots of rain to really enjoy the waterfall. I went there after 4 days of consistent rains, but still the water flowing wasnt up to my expectations. Nevertheless, it takes a great bush walk to reach the place and you will enjoy the serenity getting there.

mike wes Track signage should be removed, asbestos signage not present when entering from Epping Road side. Lane Cove council should clean the area properly to remove traces of asbestos, from the reviews it appears to have been in this state for years.
