5 /5 Hammon Mans: Such a beautiful waterfall!
Its great to visit a waterfall in the residential part of city
3 /5 Lange Jorstad: This “waterfall” is really just a quick sideshow to the bushwalk from Lane Cove park to Gore Creek Reserve. Most of the time it is a stagnant pool with a trickle of water over the “falls”. Don’t plan your trip around it, but still worth a quick peek if you’re hiking by.
1 /5 Shally Konjo: Out of all the waterfalls Ive seen, this one was the saddest. Not because of the sight of the waterfall or the path to get there (went downhill on a trail and then steep steps to get to the bottom of the Falls), but of the history behind it and how it got to the state it is now.
It has been reduced to a smaller waterfall with stagnant water at the bottom. Hardly the place to go and swim in. Ive placed a picture of the history in the photos.
5 /5 Hina Mehreen: Visiting this waterfall made me wonder I am somewhere far from the city. Amazing place to visit within Sydney, fairly close to the city.
4 /5 Srinath Holla: This is small waterfall, but you need lots and lots of rain to really enjoy the waterfall.
I went there after 4 days of consistent rains, but still the water flowing wasnt up to my expectations. Nevertheless, it takes a great bush walk to reach the place and you will enjoy the serenity getting there.
Aamod Paudel One of the best places to see the view of the city. Its in a quieter suburb so no distractions. You can have a peaceful time and enjoy the beautiful view. I went there New Years eve and it was one of the most beautiful scenarios I could see. Would totally recommend this beauty.
Kia Kalantari A hidden gem!!! Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden offers an amazingly beautiful place to chill out and enjoy the beauty of the nature in the heart of the Sydney. It also offers incredible views over harbour bridge. Easy access via public transport and plenty of car park spots in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!!!
Elena Polonska It’s a great place to relax and have a picnic or a BBQ with family and friends. It’s peaceful and you have so much nature around you with ducks and wild turkey. You can rent a boat and have a ride in the lake.
Upamali Dharmasena My friend and I booked in for the guided tour and had the best time! The guides are knowledgeable and they make it fun! If you get a good group, and if you are into stars and planets, trust me and book the tour :) seeing Jupiter through the telescope was a core memory! I wish they offered more views with the telescopes, it’s only a small part of the tour. Overall though, it was a beautiful memory. Would recommend.
M. F This spot offers a perfect view of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and city skyline all in one. Also a nice walk along the water a great way to take in Sydney. Highly recommend!
Ryan Palmer Very very lifelike wax figures. I spent just under an hour here. You can definitely spend more if you have the time. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I was blessed by the employees to take a ride on their VR shooting attraction that was an absolute blast (pun intended). Traveling by myself I had no one to take pictures of me with the figures and the any staff I encountered was gracious enough to take any photos I would ask. Especially Emanuel, he stumbled across me on the way to his destination and hung out with me and took every photo I asked for. Thanks again Emanuel and the friendly staff for helping me create some core memories while in Sydney.
