Sarah Wright Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Both my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. Thank you.

Una Turalic Dear Pandora Homebush DFO, I would like to say big thank you to all of your staff especially Vi who went above and beyond to help me find twice two different charms I received as a gift and lost. I was a bit worried going to this store due to bad reviews and instead went online or to number of other different stores to purchase. However, a wonderful lady at Pandora Chatswood store looked up a charm I lost and sent me to Homebush DFO since I have been back twice .
