Karin Capparelli I went in hoping to repair an old chain. The lovely manager Mani was so helpful. She took the time first to make sure it was silver. She even cleaned it for me. Then when it turned out that it wasn’t Stirling silver, she didn’t try to push me to buy anything. I asked her what she had that was within my budget. She gave me options that were not expensive. Mani did all this with lots of patience and kindness. I found the ideal chain I needed at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service that both Mani and her assistant Martina provided.

R KING My experience with Natalie has been immaculate. My partner designed the ring with her, and I later went in to meet her for a proper fitting. As you can see from the photos, the final product is show-stopping. That is very much a result of her extreme attention to detail, straight forward design process and skill as an artist. I look forward to designing my partners ring with her, along with other pieces in the future.
