5 /5 Zac Clancey: I brought my watch in to have it repaired. The staff were going to send it off to the watch maker for repair, which I was fine with and was prepared to pay $300-$400 for the service and parts, however they managed to fix it on the spot for free! great service and Thank you!

3 /5 Michelle Jarvis: Disappointed after spending a considerable amount of money on a beautiful ring and earrings only to have the sales lady not round the dollar up to be even and give us back in 10 cent pieces just over $2.00. Seriously we could not believe that for a good sale you didn’t round it up so that change wasn’t needed. Then to receive a call that we have to come in and collect our certificate of authenticity! Seriously where is the common sense here. We will not be shopping here and do not recommend your business.

5 /5 Sabin Dhital: I bought a watch from here about 18 months ago. My watch had stopped working so I took it there, lady sent it for servicing/initial checkups and asked for 8 weeks time. Fast forward 4 weeks I picked the watch all cleaned up and running (apparently had to change the battery with no cost) . Really happy with their service and professionalism. The lady at the front desk was really helpful. Would definitely be back !!

5 /5 Nick K: After visiting another close by jeweller (M) in the centre to buy five Tissot watches and not receiving any service we approached Salera’s. The salesperson was more than helpful. He kindly offered us a generous discount for purchasing numerous watches after hearing that that were to be given as a gifts from a great grandmother. Thanks to the team there for the wonderful customer service.
