Thanusha Gunasinghe I can give 0 starts. Would not recommend this store. They have no loyalty towards customers. Theresa ,the manageress had no compassion nor professional. The product I bought ( a paid of hoop earrings keep falling off ). A another elderly lady said she would fix the issue and she wanted Theresa to help me. She said if is not a faulty product and she refused to refund. It was a refund of just 40 dollars. She said she can exchange to anything else. I did not want to buy anything else as in the same order I bought other jewellery too . Absolutely rude. She was treating customers like kids. I just walked out. Never ever will buy anything from them. I have bought all my gifts from them

BrittElle VDS Bought our wedding rings here on a very short notice just 3 weeks before our big day! Luke & Craig are the best 2 people Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. They handled everything from getting in the right sizes, to making sure the rings come in on time and even when my fiances ring (custom made) was not exactly how he wanted it to be, Luke still tries to fix the issue. Big hugs to Luke & Craig! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Rekha Justin One of the best experiences we had on New year Day Jan 1 2025.Girls at this store (Lovisa 2 near Kmart)were amazing, lovely and guided us so well.our purchase was so well done. We went as a group of 10 for ear piercing all cousins and friends. The lovely girl who did the piercing went above and beyond in making precision marking and piercing and making sure to have a smiley face and accomodate all of us! Both girls stayed way over store closing time to complete 10 sets of ear piercings. Very professional! Just as an appreciation I gave a small gift for them staying back for over an hour after store closing time to complete all 10 of us. Thankyou and will highly recommend.After a long time am seeing great customer service.

Antonia Gianas Absolutely disgusting customer service. Store manager Lynne was so rude and unprofessional. It’s not the first time I’ve received bad customer service from an Angus Coote store but it will be the last, I will not be shopping here anymore and I would not recommend their store or their horrible cheap jewellery to anyone either. After 4 weeks of my 6 month old daughter wearing her bangle it has over 7 cracks in it and is very sharp and dangerous for my baby to be wearing. How can a $500 bangle be falling apart after 4 weeks ?! And what could my 6 month old baby possibly have done to cause this?! Absolutely disgusting behaviour to try and blame us for this

Belly Came twice in a week looking to purchase something and was not even simply greeted either time or asked if I wanted help despite the shop not being busy at all and there being several girls at the registers talking on one occasion. Was in the store for about 10 minutes, trying to look at bags and was not asked once if I required any assistance. Such a bad experience and made me not want to purchase at this store. The people here really need more training in customer service. A terrible look on the company.

Zac Clancey I brought my watch in to have it repaired. The staff were going to send it off to the watch maker for repair, which I was fine with and was prepared to pay $300-$400 for the service and parts, however they managed to fix it on the spot for free! great service and Thank you!

Michelle Jarvis Disappointed after spending a considerable amount of money on a beautiful ring and earrings only to have the sales lady not round the dollar up to be even and give us back in 10 cent pieces just over $2.00. Seriously we could not believe that for a good sale you didn’t round it up so that change wasn’t needed. Then to receive a call that we have to come in and collect our certificate of authenticity! Seriously where is the common sense here. We will not be shopping here and do not recommend your business.
