1 /5 Belly: Came twice in a week looking to purchase something and was not even simply greeted either time or asked if I wanted help despite the shop not being busy at all and there being several girls at the registers talking on one occasion. Was in the store for about 10 minutes, trying to look at bags and was not asked once if I required any assistance. Such a bad experience and made me not want to purchase at this store. The people here really need more training in customer service. A terrible look on the company.

1 /5 Alexandra Blackman: Went in with another person to ask about a diamond that fell out of my Mimco earring and any options on getting it replaced or fixed politely. We were the only customers in the store with two ladies behind the desk. The younger one was helpful and empathetic. However, the second older lady with glasses rolled her eyes and said they could not help us because they is no warranty for earrings. She told us this in an aggressive tone. It was very obvious she wanted us both out of the store. This experience has made us not want to return to the store despite having good experiences previous times. We also don’t want to purchase Mimco earrings again. This behaviour of the lady makes me feel sorry for her colleagues having to work with her. She doesn’t deserve her position based on our experience. We were respectful when asking a simple question and we go an eye roll and aggressive response. The lady wouldn’t last working in another role such as management or healthcare. I recommend the store and mainly the lady reflects on our feedback and the behaviour.

The girls are all so welcoming and helpful, Leah in particular was extremely helpful to me the other day when I had some issues and she was so understanding and sorted out my problem with no fuss. All of the other girls are also great at their jobs! Thanks for a great shopping experience.
