5 /5 Rekha Justin: One of the best experiences we had on New year Day Jan 1 2025.Girls at this store (Lovisa 2 near Kmart)were amazing, lovely and guided us so well.our purchase was so well done. We went as a group of 10 for ear piercing all cousins and friends. The lovely girl who did the piercing went above and beyond in making precision marking and piercing and making sure to have a smiley face and accomodate all of us! Both girls stayed way over store closing time to complete 10 sets of ear piercings. Very professional! Just as an appreciation I gave a small gift for them staying back for over an hour after store closing time to complete all 10 of us. Thankyou and will highly recommend.After a long time am seeing great customer service.

2 /5 John Doe: Got a nose piercing with a mate today. We got it done with an ear piercing gun/instrument. Never had a piercing before so I wasn’t aware of the correct jewellery that needed to be used. the lady hasn’t pierced my nose with a proper nose stud. it has been pierced with an ear lobe stud. There is no hook, there is nothing to keep my nose piercing in place either..

5 /5 Sonia Belle: My daughter and I came in two months ago, and I can’t say how much joslyn and her team were absolute joys. My daughter has tried 4 times to get her ears pierced and gets nervous and backs out everytime. They lovely humans here, made her feel so safe and comfortable. She loves her peircing so much, we will be in soon to get a new pair of earrings.

4 /5 Sorubalakshmi R: This is the best place to buy jewels. Price is very low compared to other stores. I recently got my ears pierced. It was an amazing experience. The staff who pierced my ears was really good and polite. She has clearly given me the advices to follow after ear piercing.
