Emily Walkear Dallia is an amazing therapist. Not only is she incredibly kind and personable, but extremely talented. Her studio is beautiful and she makes the experience as well as the service feel amazing! I got a lash lift (to preface I have naturally very sparse lashes) and she performed one of the best lash lifts I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend!

Helen Panagis Dallia is an exceptional artist who cares about her clients. She puts you at ease the moment you meet her . She asks lots of questions and takes the time to genuinely understand what you’re trying to achieve. And then, delivers. I love my combination nano brows , she absolutely nailed it, and it didn’t hurt as I expected . I’m so happy with the outcome The environment is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Could not recommend more highly.

Nina Digeser After attending this salon previously called Sodor where I had previously experienced complete hair damage from Haize in Elwood, by a very young, disinterested hairdresser, who has since left, I came to Sodor and found Megan who was amazing. I came back again only to find that new management had taken over, but mean was still there. On this second appointment I was sold product I really didnt need and to be honest the K18 shampoo & conditioned is not suitable.for my hair, the appoint for a quarter head of foils, cut and blow wave, which was non negotiable, plus k18 pack cost me almost $600... almost a weeks wages, for me..If your hair is damaged no product will fix or repair it, once broken thats it! I then came back to see Catherine, as Megan had left, and the first time wasnt too bad, however, the second time was horeendous. I felt completely disheartend, angry as my hair just broke and broke, the colour was completely not what I wanted, but was insisted and she left my hair to fry whilst having her lunch break, if it wasnt for the apprentice I would have had no hair left at all. For a quarter head and blow wave I paid $185.The colour was patchy looked like Id done a botched up home job.. I went back to complain and spoke to a senior hairdresser who explained that Catherine had left and that she had to fix 4 other peoples hair..the owner (male) was attending to someones hair didnt seem to care about my concerns at all, and Ali was left to sort it out, which she did, in her own time by asking me to come back the following Friday night, and she did a treatment and cut as my hair was just so damaged. Not only damage to my hair, my shower drain & vaccum clogged up with hair, I had hair everywhere in my car, all over the floor, broken hair all over my clothes, when Im supposed to be looking presentable, taking ages in the morning to style my hair, couldnt even put my fingers through to massage my scalp and still breaking after 2 months. All that money i paid for that repair kit what a waste. The owners must take care when employing people its their responsibility and should be accountable when things go wrong. Its your hair you wear it on your head, you cant change it like an items if clothing and at my age I cant afford to have frizzy disgusting looking hair, not to mention time consuming to manage and also costing me plumbing fees to unclog my drain!

Curmudgeon Caldwell I came into this quiet little salon opposite the Woolworths and the intimate setting meant that I happily chatted to the prior client and the amazing woman that is the heart of N.V Nails! She was incredibly polite and efficient but overriding my ideas of what I wanted and totally proved why I’m the pleb and she is the maestro! Book now she is popular with good reason.

Jared The lovely ladies here do an incredible job on absolutely everything! I come here for nails, hair and eyebrows and I always leave feeling absolutely amazing. Everyone is kind and funny and sometimes there is an adorable puppy around as well which warms the soul even more.

Stephanie They advertised special prices on their socials and website for a particular treatment, and I double checked, triple checked to make sure everything was right as it was a good deal. When I went to get my treatment she charged way more. I mentioned the offer on the website and she acted like she had no idea, and then tried to make something up. It was so obvious that you were acting silly and this was so unprofessional. Very wishy washy, especially after I was an ongoing customer and always planning to go back. But after that, I lost trust and I’ll never go back again. Will be more careful and giving someone else the business after that unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Goodbye Nikki.

Every time I have an appointment I always leave with so much more confidence - not just with the work done, but the way Ive been treated by every staff member. Usually I see Marissa, but I was lucky enough today to see Nicky for a facial and my regular bobo. What a lady - and what a hoot of a time!! Lee Richards WORST FOILS & STYLE CUT l’VE EVER HAD!!!!!. l said that I wanted the same colour which was copper blonde & l walked out with platinum blonde hair & l asked for two inches to be cut off & Anne cut 5+ inches off my hair & when I went in to the salon to complain Anne started carrying on at me that my hair wasn’t that long & arguing with me about how long my hair was, l know how long my hair was & so do a lot of people close to me. I will never go back to that salon again.

Pam Trakas Dont go there, its not worth the risk for haircut and colour. I gave them a second chance after 1st visit however big mistake and will never go back. Very rude, bad communication, lack of care and disrespectful. I asked for cut and same colour highlights to match my current blonde which they got completely wrong and came out with grey. She then tried to fix it but not apologetic in any way. After returning home I decided to go back 15min later to ask for refund as realised how messed up it was in better light. Hairdresser said no, exclaiming I shouldnt have paid if not happy and too late now!.......so for all who have this experience DONT PAY if not happy or better yet, dont go there to start with!

Nicole Evans This is the second bad experience Ive had here (gave them the benefit of the doubt) and I shouldnt have.. very limited communication abilities, woman left me mid shellac appointment without a word (spoke to the woman next to her in Vietnamese) returned with her milk and cereal... im quite thankful she took herself off to woolworths as I was able to look at my nails whilst awkwardly sitting there waiting for her to return. Asked for them to be removed. I wont be back. Place in general pretty dirty too.

Heather I’ve been several times - they’re ALWAYS SO RUDE too. The colour is good but not the cut or blow wave - EVER !! My hair looks awful - I showed her three pics of what I wanted. She didn’t even look at them saying - “ you do when you get home” What?? That’s their last chance - won’t go back again.Im sure they don’t read these reviews or they may improve.
