Laura Mitchell The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I am so disappointed with the service i received. I have never had to leave a negative review but this was such a terrible experience that I don’t want anyone else to experience this! I had booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, the second I walked through the door the staff were ice cold as if I was not supposed to be there. the lady who was performing my manicures was extremely rude and impatient, I felt so uncomfortable that I left after having my pedicure as I couldn’t stand to stay any longer, the staff were talking about me while looking over and smirking when I said I didn’t want my shellac manicure. I left the salon in tears at the way they had made me feel. I work in the service industry and I would never dream of treating a client the way I was treated. Please do better!
