Hope Stainton Absolute abysmal service. Whoever is in the hiring sector really needs to be sacked. The staff here have shocking customer service. Either Pandora head office needs to rethink how they run the operation given the store is in a popular DFO with a tonne of traffic so need to implement ways to manage that or they need to hire staff who actually know how to be in customer service. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague as its a waste of time and you will receive zero friendly service from the staff there. Also, i witnessed a child go behind the counter, try to open the drawers, then try to sneakly grab the keys off a staff members hip. It was i, who had to let a staff member know that it was happening because the other staff member who was there (was having the keys pried from her hip) did nothing about it. Useless. Honestly useless.

Viet Nguyen Two staffs serving two customers for half an hour while 10 others are waiting, and then one staff takes a break half an hour just before the centre close and the other one just stand there doing nothing because her customer is on the phone. No queue system, no one knows who is the next one to be served. Not worth it.

Z Adam There was a male staff who was very pushy to make a sale. He was visibly annoyed when we said we’d look around before purchasing. We ended up buying the same item from Epping Michael Hill as the staff there were amazing, nothing like the appalling staff at the outlet

Johnny Lygon I asked for a diamond tester. She became very hostile shaking her head saying oh oh its broken in a rude rude manner. These people at Essendon fields are shifty conniving and dishonest players. How they even manage to sell jewelry is beyond me. Furthermore they are extremely rude with no sales skills or courtesy at all. I wouldnt buy anything from them. Beware. Youve been warned. ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS YOU MAY READ FROM PEOPLE ARE FAKE. AND.... THIER DIAMOND TESTER IS ALWAYS BROKEN SO IF YOU BUY A DIAMOND THEY CANT EVEN SHOW YOU THAT ITS REAL. Appalling.
