I went in to get my diamond engagement ring re-set to 6 prongs instead of four and slightly lowered. The lady(not sure if she owns the place or manage it) there was the rudest person Ive ever come across in retail industry. Worst experience. I would have bought a white gold ring which I liked the design but just stepped out because of the behaviour. Never going back and will suggest anyone I know to never go there.
