Dental treatments can always be uncomfortable, but Nastasha has made it all the least uncomfortable out of all the dentists Ive experienced. Nastasha is a dentist I would happily go back to!

mike Nastasha Park has been my dentist for quite a few years now, mainly teeth cleaning and check-ups. A couple of months ago she did two crowns and root canals. The crowns were right at the back and difficult to access. Amazingly smooth process with very little discomfort and an excellent result. Her cheery and happy personality also helps you relax. Syed Naeemul Ahsan Highly friendly and caring service - I first went to Dr. Park to get a total of 8 (4 wisdom and 4 pre-molar) teeth removed in anticipation of getting Invisalign. Dr. Park was great throughout the extractions, and I have also now shifted to going to her for cleans and checkups. The practice is also quite easy to get to as its on the main Hampton St strip.

Kereni White Dr Donnellan was recommended to me after I had a painful back molar. A couple of other dentists recommended an implant replacement (super costly!) or extraction. Dr Donnellan was able to save the tooth!! I found his advice to be exceptional and the staff customer service excellent. Now my whole family sees Dr Donnellan and we’re happy to travel from Mornington Peninsula to ensure we get the best treatment. Highly recommend.

David Hayes Best decision Ive made . From the first call I made and throughout the process I’ve experienced such warm and welcoming communication and service. I’ve been a dreadful snorer with suspected sleep apnea ( confirmed by Dr Maratos). My partner and I had resorted to separate bedrooms. I tried over the counter cures that were a complete waste of time and money . Yes a mandibular device costs more but it is worth every cent . The precision in Dr Maratos work is exceptional. We are back in the same bedroom, I’m told I’m as quiet as a mouse , I’m not waking myself up anymore and I have more energy. Can’t thank Dr Maratos, Jacqueline and Jacinta enough. Wonderful down to earth service .

Without any prior consultation or explanation, they performed several procedures on my teeth, including unnecessary fillings and even nerve trimming. I wasn’t informed about the need for these treatments, and now I’m facing nerve treatment (root canal). This lack of communication and patient care left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and untrusting. I would highly recommend other patients to be cautious and ensure full understanding and consent before any procedure is done here

Mel I booked in and was only told on the day that I need my Medicare Dental CCB letter for it to be billed to Medicare. Then when coming out from the appointment the receptionist said there will be a charge for today and required payment in full saying they are are a very private clinic and dont bill for Medicare CCB dental scheme. So why did you ask for my letter when I came in? I think the story changed over the course of the appointment. The receptionsit was quite snobby. I couldnt believe when she told me I am sure you can see from the decor we are a very private practice. What does decor have to do with it? And it wasnt all that different from other dentists anyway! I came away feeling pretty crappy from the way I was treated and their manner. Even the owner/head dentist was abrubt with my children and seemed to want them out of the room when they were fidgeting a bit.

jamesh939 Its this simple I am absolutely terrified of Dentists have been since I was butchered in the UK age 12 -16, Now 61 the fear and anxiety gets worse who knows why, but this clinic and Richard in particular make it as comfortable as possible to get me through the experience. All the staff I have encountered are top class, highly recommend these guys very professional understanding and patient with a crazed panicked patient like myself.

Maryann Cain I cannot believe the results. I was sure my girls would have to have at least four to six teeth removed each (as my husband had to as a child), but no teeth were removed and beautiful smiles all around!
