The process was easy, quicker than expected and the team were responsive and kind during the process. I realised I had forgotten to request my finger print be kept on the back of the pendant and contacted the team hoping it wasn’t too late, they were very helpful and understanding made sure my pendant included my fingerprint. Bailey has since passed and my necklace is easily my most treasured possession as it helps me to feel close to him.

Thomas Goldthorpe I had such a good experience working with Gavin to make an engagement ring for my fiancee. I had no experience with jewellery before now, but Gavin did a great job bringing his expertise to guide us through the process, work out what we wanted and crafted an amazing ring and matching earrings for us.
