The process was easy, quicker than expected and the team were responsive and kind during the process. I realised I had forgotten to request my finger print be kept on the back of the pendant and contacted the team hoping it wasn’t too late, they were very helpful and understanding made sure my pendant included my fingerprint. Bailey has since passed and my necklace is easily my most treasured possession as it helps me to feel close to him.

Andrew Copeland I cant talk highly enough of all my experiences with Raphael Jewellers. Ive had the pleasure of having our engagement rings and wedding rings designed and made by them. The service, knowledge and ability to understand what we wanted was impressive. We have since had 3 children, and Joseph came up with an amazing design for an interlocking pendant. We had one made for every family member and they now sit beautifully on a necklace my wife wears.....very close to her heart. So thank you Joseph and the team at Raphael for looking after us for the past years.
