2 /5 Carolyn Pearse: I’m actually really disappointed and still a bit shocked with the result I received with the ‘remodelling’ of my diamond ring . The ring was given to me by my 91 yo mum who’d had it since the 70’s. The band was really ugly in my opinion: flat with awful etching on the sides. All I wanted was to have the band smoothed out and rounded to match my other ring I wear ( which I showed them). It took a while for them to fit me in which was fine , I know they were very busy. Anyway when I eventually got a call to pick it up I was quite shocked. It looks EXACTLY the same. The band was thickened a little bit at the bottom where it was wearing thin but it still has the ugly wide band. With the horrible etching. The girl serving me even commented on how “ 70’s style was in” …. Well I don’t want a 70’s ring which is why I asked for it to be changed. Over $500 ???? My mum laughed when she saw it, and said “it’s exactly the same”

1 /5 Emma Warden: I took my late grandmother’s necklace and pendant here for repairs after recommendation from a friend. they butchered it and charged me $195 with no offer of a refund only offered to risk further damage to my pieces and leave them for more repairs with them. Do not go here! So disappointed!
