1 /5 Kevi Singh: Went to buy engagement ring, started of good with a nice lady but then the Indian male manager took over was being very forceful in us buying something more expensive like bruh my Mrs decided chill. The original lady that served us was getting frustrated from him as well. She was doing a wonderful job as she knew what my Mrs wanted. It made our experience there bad. This guy needs to be changed. If I hadnt deposited the money already I would have gone somewhere else. I deposited the money when the lady originally served us but my Mrs wanted to change so we went again and this manager just ruined our experience here. Guys if you go here make sure a lady serves you avoid this manager

1 /5 jahnavi gomes: Extremely Disappointing Service! I am beyond frustrated with the service at the Roselands branch. My partner purchased a necklace from a different branch, and it tore near the pendant on one side. Since this branch is the closest to me, I’ve been bringing it here for repairs—and it’s been an absolute nightmare. For two years now, I’ve had to return repeatedly because the necklace keeps tearing at the exact same spot. The quality of their repair work is appalling. Each time I get it "fixed," it doesn’t even last a month before it breaks again—sometimes within just a few days. How is it possible for the same issue to occur 7–8 times after multiple repairs? To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly irresponsible. Whenever I leave my necklace with them for repairs, there’s no follow-up. I have to constantly call or visit the store to check on its status, and every time, it seems to magically become "ready for pickup" the day after I follow up. This has happened repeatedly, and it’s unacceptable. Most recently, I gave them the necklace in the first week of November. Despite following up two weeks later, I was told it was still "with the repairer." I’ve called and visited multiple times since then, and here we are, months later, with the necklace still not repaired. I couldn’t even wear it for Christmas or New Year’s! This entire experience has been deeply upsetting. The poor quality of their repairs, the lack of accountability, and the constant delays have left me disappointed time and time again. I can’t trust them to fix my necklace properly or to handle it in a timely manner. I would strongly advise against relying on their service—it’s been nothing but a stressful and frustrating ordeal.

1 /5 Lisa Bonnici: I went into this store a year ago to enquire about a repair for Michael hill jewellery and experienced the top 5 unprofessional rude moments of customer service of my life. The staff member woman rather than simply saying we don’t do repairs here, told me that I was lying about buying the jewellery from Michael hill. It was an absolutely unbelievable experience and I walked away feeling completely disrespected and unheard. It could have been a very simple interaction. I’ve had jewellery repaired before at Michael bill twice before at a different store and it was an absolute dream. The complete opposite experience. Do better.

1 /5 Verna: I went to the store this afternoon. The sales lady didnt even bother looking and asking me if I need help. She was busy talking to someone on her mobile phone and left for a few minutes without even a glance or telling the customers that shell be back. To the store manager, time to look at hiring new people especially holidays is coming. The current one that you have is unreliable.
