I am beyond frustrated with the service at the Roselands branch. My partner purchased a necklace from a different branch, and it tore near the pendant on one side. Since this branch is the closest to me, I’ve been bringing it here for repairs—and it’s been an absolute nightmare.
For two years now, I’ve had to return repeatedly because the necklace keeps tearing at the exact same spot. The quality of their repair work is appalling. Each time I get it "fixed," it doesn’t even last a month before it breaks again—sometimes within just a few days. How is it possible for the same issue to occur 7–8 times after multiple repairs?
To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly irresponsible. Whenever I leave my necklace with them for repairs, there’s no follow-up. I have to constantly call or visit the store to check on its status, and every time, it seems to magically become "ready for pickup" the day after I follow up. This has happened repeatedly, and it’s unacceptable.
Most recently, I gave them the necklace in the first week of November. Despite following up two weeks later, I was told it was still "with the repairer." I’ve called and visited multiple times since then, and here we are, months later, with the necklace still not repaired. I couldn’t even wear it for Christmas or New Year’s!
This entire experience has been deeply upsetting. The poor quality of their repairs, the lack of accountability, and the constant delays have left me disappointed time and time again. I can’t trust them to fix my necklace properly or to handle it in a timely manner. I would strongly advise against relying on their service—it’s been nothing but a stressful and frustrating ordeal.
