5 /5 Krystal: Let me start off by saying I have been a long time customer of my local store at moonee ponds and occasionally I shop at the highpoint store and customer service is always 10/10 Deborah is so lovely. I went in to get my diamond engagement ring re-set to 6 prongs instead of four and slightly lowered. Im so happy Don is a very talented jewellery designer and it looks even better that what I could of imagined. Thank you so much Evita Jewellery.

The lady(not sure if she owns the place or manage it) there was the rudest person Ive ever come across in retail industry. Worst experience. I would have bought a white gold ring which I liked the design but just stepped out because of the behaviour. Never going back and will suggest anyone I know to never go there.

1 /5 Tony Zarogiannis: I went to this store to buy a gift for my nieces 21st And the female assistant could not have been RUDER!!! I was about to purchase a gold chain with a 21 charm worth $400!!! And she told me not to bother My niece wouldn’t like it!!!!! And then as I was leaving she and another lady were having a laugh at my expense!!! Such manners!!!! Never will I set foot in there again!!! I’ve never been so humiliated in my life!!!!

5 /5 paul pacillo: Yesterday I visited Evita Jewellery, to have them replace a broken clasp on my bracelet. I was greeted and served by a lovely lady. In no time she was able to confirm that yes the repair could be done and that it would only take 10 mins. I’m grateful for quick repair and the great service I received from the lovely lady who served and for the gentleman in the back for workmanship. Well worth a look in if you need any repairs to your jewellery or need to purchase jewellery. Thanks once again
