The young lady at Plenty Valley was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the process smooth and pleasant. If you live in the area, I highly recommend shopping at this location instead of Epping Plaza if you value excellent customer service.

Kasen Wu Were absolutely thrilled with the bespoke engagement ring Jason Ree designed and created for us! Jasons approach was very pragmatic, gentle, and informative. He made us feel comfortable and allowed us plenty of space to consider and discuss things with each other during the consultation. He was there to provide guidance where we needed it, never rushed us and answered our many questions. We feel fortunate to have found Jason during our search. Lozza Teej Guy and the team made both my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band. Both our rings are unique and one of a kind and also, they reflect who we are.
