Ben Simpson I have found the team sessions are great for motivating me post Covid, and I get a variety of partner exercises and individual exercises that keep me challenged and engaged. Charlie is a great instructor who helps with technique and assisting with achieving your personal fitness goals. I highly recommend this business, and their team of professional instructors.

michelle pooles Charlie knows his stuff, he is very encouraging and always keeps the energy high. He is also very flexible with classes. I work shift work so he is always very accommodating if I have to reschedule at the last minute. Cant fault him, really enjoy the classes. Plus being outdoors and right by the beach makes it even better :)

carol de villiers I bought this DVD several years ago, always intending to settle down and just DO it! Recently my neighbour mentioned wanting to do yoga, and now we have regular yoga sessions in my home. Yolandas method of teaching is gentle,no-nonsense, and - unlike other yoga DVDs - through voice, sounds and inspiring clips of seascapes, very calming, relaxing and soothing. The DVD routine takes approximately 30 minutes and the chosen asanas cover just about all the stretching one needs. A very good basic yoga routine. My only comment would be: that there should have been an A and B section, with the B being for more advanced asanas, or additional asanas. So very well done, Yolanda - and thank you! Namaste
