Tilly Davey I was browsing around the store for a bit, the only person in there. There were 4 staff working, who ignored me the entire time, stood around the counter talking with each other, never even acknowledged me.

Darcy Moloney I visited the store today for their 90th birthday celebration, waiting outside before 9 am to snag some discounted diamonds for my daughter. Before 9am they were letting people into the store one by one, which was completely understandable, however half and hour to 45 mins after 9, they were still letting in one person at a time! Many people who were lined up since morning, including myself, did not get what we were waiting for. I also encountered Kate who’s attitude towards other customers was surprising, and when we voiced our concerns, she seemed rather dismissive. It’s disappointing to see this during what should have been a joyful occasion.

Kim Shearn The most awful store manager Jenni at Angus and Coote Knox store! She was so aggressive and SO RUDE I cant believe she has a job. She was even extremely rude to my 7 year old son who burst into tears during the altercation! She was yelling at me and even swore as she stormed off and left me standing there in total shock! I will NEVER in a million years shop at Angus and Coote again! Disgraceful woman!

Steph C Two sales assistants completely ignoring the only customer in the store! I had to ask to be served. Zero stars for zero customer service. Customers deserve to be acknowleged at the very least. I completed my purchase and promptly left the shop. Not good enough A&C
