Angus & Coote Knox City - Wantirna (VIC)

1 /5 Kim Shearn: The most awful store manager Jenni at Angus and Coote Knox store! She was so aggressive and SO RUDE I cant believe she has a job. She was even extremely rude to my 7 year old son who burst into tears during the altercation! She was yelling at me and even swore as she stormed off and left me standing there in total shock! I will NEVER in a million years shop at Angus and Coote again! Disgraceful woman!

1 /5 Steph C: Two sales assistants completely ignoring the only customer in the store! I had to ask to be served. Zero stars for zero customer service. Customers deserve to be acknowleged at the very least. I completed my purchase and promptly left the shop. Not good enough A&C

5 /5 Dane: Rania, Jenni, Victoria, and Juliet (I hope I got them all right) were absolutely lovely. They helped me my watch fitted and were an absolute pleasure to speak with and incredibly helpful!

1 /5 Mel Gray: This review doesnt deserve any stars. If you want help, or good customer, product knowledge or something repaired. DO NOT visit this store the current manager & a particular staff member were both rude, unhelpful & loved saying it was my fault.. They did not want to resolve my concern. The funny thing the manager told me "that we live in Australia & we have to tell a story" it was because I was silly enough to trust them to write down to their jeweller what I wanted done to my wedding ring set. I told them I was very angry & upset they both didnt care, they said you want it fixed you shouldnt of signed to agree what was written on repair slip to their jeweller & if want to fixed I will need to pay extra to what I want done. I asked them to call the jeweller or head office to get their response how to resolve my issue. No they werent going to do that. I told that I would send a complaint to their head office which I have done & I would NEVER come back to this store & tell everyone not to come in. They both smiled & said have a nice day. What a nasty bunch of women & no pride on their appearance maybe to match there lack of personality/customer service skills. I really hope I can get my wedding rings repaired & I dont have to pay any extra money. I am still very angry & upset & dont want to wear my rings. This happened on the 25/6/2023

5 /5 Mona. C: 5 stars for the lovely staff! They were patient and helpful and even had a nice laugh with them! I even called them for some help and they were so lovely over the phone! Definitely feel welcomed and would go back again!
