1 /5 Tilly Davey: I was browsing around the store for a bit, the only person in there. There were 4 staff working, who ignored me the entire time, stood around the counter talking with each other, never even acknowledged me.

1 /5 Darcy Moloney: I visited the store today for their 90th birthday celebration, waiting outside before 9 am to snag some discounted diamonds for my daughter. Before 9am they were letting people into the store one by one, which was completely understandable, however half and hour to 45 mins after 9, they were still letting in one person at a time! Many people who were lined up since morning, including myself, did not get what we were waiting for. I also encountered Kate who’s attitude towards other customers was surprising, and when we voiced our concerns, she seemed rather dismissive. It’s disappointing to see this during what should have been a joyful occasion.

1 /5 alex tyler: Customer service was disappointing at best. Ignored by staff and received very unenthusiastic help while trying to purchase jewellery. Someones appearance should not make them any less worth your time.
