5 /5 Trent Baynes: Cannot recommend Casey enough! We got our 4 year Olds ears pierced and she was so calm and patient with my little girl who was excited but also a little bit scared. She helped her stay calm and was incredibly nice and lovely to my little girl. Thanks!

5 /5 JiJi Grounds: Went in today for an eyebrow piercing (wanting both an eyebrow and a navel piercing), and had an amazing experience. I didn’t catch the piercer’s name but they were very nice and responsible as they told me I didn’t have the anatomy for a navel piercing instead of going ahead with it and taking my money (+ they recommended alternatives). Luckily, the eyebrow piercing went smoothly and I am very happy!

A lady named Mia who works there was very accommodating and patient with me, explained the procedure clearly and took care to make sure it went well. She did a great job piercing my ear, thank you very much Mia!

1 /5 Kayley Joll: Have gotten 3 different Piercing here. Most recently got my labret done. Had explained that the goal was to change it for a hoop once it at healed. Was on holiday so went to another place to get the hoop just to then find out it has been pierced crooked. Im pretty devastated as my only option now is to take it out and fork out another $80 to get it done again ASWELL as Having to go through the healing process all over again. This is now the SECOND piercing. Ive had done crooked. The first being my septum. The staff are all super friendly but clearly arent being trained properly. Piercings are not cheap and I think its ridiculous to not be getting the service I am paying for. Absolutely would not recommend getting any piercings done here just for the risk factor of getting an untrained piercer.
