My husband and I went back to the store the following day to buy the perfect ring. Unfortunately Mirna wasn’t there at the time but Kevin and the ladies were just as helpful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through styles and options that suited what we were after. While we ultimately decided to go with another jeweller due to a close family connection, the experience with Maryanne stood out so much that I still wanted to leave a review. 5 /5 Sir Ben: Very excellent service by these guys! Kevin in particular helped me track down an alternative bracelet for the watch I purchased for my wifes birthday. With some modifications from the helpful jeweller on site (unfortunately Ive forgotten his name) we were all set. The other staff were also helpful and friendly including the knowledge lady that works there.

The team were friendly, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process when creating the perfect ring for my Mum’s special day. In particular Jim. Jim was so patience and kind listening to our concerns and always having the knowledge to offer solutions. Jim was a delight to work with from start to finish and went above and beyond.
