Katrin Antonova I have had extensions for over 10 years now and I can honestly say this method is by far the most comfortable and least damaging to your hair. Felicias service was amazing and well priced, she is super knowledgeable within the industry and takes great pride in her work , she even offers a re-bonding service which gets more use out of your hair extensions. The previous keratin bonds I had with another provider only lasted 2 months before becoming matted. Felicias technique and placement is literally immaculate, I have had my bonds in now for over 5 months and there is no matting and they are growing perfectly. I couldnt be happier with her service and the quality of her hair. I would definitely recommend the Hair Plug Sydney to anyone and everyone. Thank you for fixing my hair ! :)

I first went to Felicia after having tape extensions for years, I expressed to Felicia I was sick of my tapes always showing, never being able to tie my hair up and the tapes never lasting. Felicia listened to my concerns and was able to create my dream goal with Keratin bond extensions. The quality of hair she uses is next to none, with the hair lasting over a year!!! Felicia has an eye for picking the best colours to suit your natural hair and applies the hair so seamlessly people never believe I have extensions in. Did I mention her fast turn around with rebonding ? You don’t need to wait days to get your extensions back in because Felicia is that good you can have them back in the next day!! So thankyou Felicia for what you do and making everyone who sits in your chair feel special. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!

Anna Lignou The best hairdresser in Brighton Le Sands! Angela and Zeinab are so talented and creative! Angela’s shop is a little oasis of beauty and elegance in Brighton Le Sands. The haircuts, the colours, the foils, the blow dry’s, they are just masters of them all. I love going there to have my hair done, enjoy the atmosphere, buy a little gift from the gift shop which has a great variety of jewellery, tea cups, products and candles and also catch up with the girls, who are always nice and caring as well as professional. Five stars from me!

Gemma Morris I absolutely love my hair. The staff welcomed me in and although it was my first time they treated me like a loyal customer. You don’t feel like just another number, nothing is a problem, staff were so attentive and the value for money was amazing. I am not from the area but I will be coming back for the service and expertise. The colour was amazing, the cut was amazing and the curls were perfect. So happy and can’t wait for my next visit! On a side note, they also arranged for their makeup artist to come in on short notice on when I asked, even though I was a new customer. It was just above and beyond! Highly recommend Geena and her team!

Jim Nelson 0 stars. I had the balding guy in the first chair, constantly talking and distracted. Destroyed my hair and when I went back to have it fixed he threw me out. The other barbers looked quite good, first chair is terrible and rude.

Justin Heraud Guy was distracted and kept looking everywhere when cutting it which put me on edge and was just going ham with the clippers. Looked fine from the front only to come home and see he has hacked one side of my head at the back, it’s so noticeable. Shaved up one side and must’ve just tried to get away with it. Wearing a hat until this grows out

I Kuskov Leaving this review, I want to express my disappointment with my visit to this barber. During the haircut, he was constantly distracted. This made me feel like he didnt care about his clients at all. Additionally, his behavior was rude and unprofessional, making the experience extremely unpleasant. I was dissatisfied with the result and do not plan to return to this barber. I do not recommend this barber to anyone who values their time and comfort.

Funda Aykan I booked an appointment in person for my mother-in-law at 5:00 PM today. She arrived exactly on time and waited 36 minutes outside, but no one ever opened the door. The front light was off, but the back light was on, and there was still hair on the floor.. clearly, the salon hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was obvious someone was inside, but they simply chose not to answer. I called multiple times with no response. This was especially frustrating since the appointment was confirmed, and the salon is supposed to be open until 8:00 PM. We were left waiting with no explanation or courtesy. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a client’s time is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Danielle Hadddad I am so over the moon I found this salon. I spent years and years trying to find a hairdresser who is great with blonde and can achieve the look I desire. I have been to so many salons over the years. Dany is so great, she listened to what I wanted and completely exceeded my expectations. Not only was it time efficient but from the momemt I walked in there i felt so comfortable and welcomed. I have 2 kids at home and never get to truly unwind but the salon was so relaxing. It wasnt crazy busy or overbooked like other salons where I just cant wait to get out of there. It was such a relaxing experience from the moment I went to the momemt I left. I am in love with my colour and my hair felt so healthy which never happens after bleaching. The products were gentle but so effective. I really couldnt fault this salon and on top of the fab experience it was so reasonably priced. I am so grateful to Dany for the best experience. Thank you so much

Donna Roycroft Disappointing service! Here’s my story with Helen, got recommended to her for her technique (which is only good thing btw) got fitted with 2 rows of wefts, few days later after washing my hair I noticed extensions didn’t match my hair color, reached out to Helen many many times with no reply at all… week later she gets back to me offering to fix them, great! She told me to come in the next day at 9am, she then didn’t show up! Waited over 40min, disappointed is an understatement at this point. She didn’t answer her calls or txts annd still hasn’t responded back to this day!!! …also she doesn’t know how to cut extensions! My hairdresser had to fix the terrible job Helen did. So sad. . so my advice. Don’t bother seeing Helen. Stay away. Sad to say.
