Both are so very friendly, helpful and offer such fantastic service. Robert excels in his craftsmanship in the jewellery he makes to order. His passion and dedication comes through in the magnificent prices he creates. He outdid himself this time on a cross we asked him to create for us, for our 1st grandchild’s baptism. It is exquisit and my husband and I highly recommend Robert for making any unique and beautiful jewellery piece. At the baptism everyone could not stop marvelling its beauty. What a wonderful experience, Robert and his wife were so welcoming and friendly. Robert explained everything to me and it is extremely apparent that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I picked up my watches today and couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly, explained the process clearly, and fixed it quickly with great care. My necklace looks as good as new! I really appreciate their professional service and highly recommend them for any jewellery repairs.

1 /5 Adesh Singh: Wouldn’t recommend giving expensive watches like Tag Heuer, Omega, etc here for battery replacement. Gave mine and really regret it as it’s FILLED with SCRATCHES at the back even after I confirmed with him initially before giving and he assured me he has all the machines and no scratches will come. When I confronted he made it sound like it’s not a big deal and it’s normal to get scratches while changing batteries. Not worth it for expensive watches.
