Vitoria Costa I have been treated very, very, very badly at the Pandora store in South Wharf. This has not happened just once – every time I go there, regardless of the day, the service is extremely poor. On one visit, I even ended up buying a wider ring than I wanted because the sales assistant was rushing me so much that I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I left feeling completely disrespected and not valued at all as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Pandora, and it has left me deeply disappointed with this store.

Roo The customer service is a joke. There is an older woman in the staff who is extremely rude. I wouldn’t bother providing this review but it’s the second time I went and queued up there and she randomly picked some people who had entered the store after me. They don’t have a proper system and she definitely seemed to do her job for the sake of it. Would not advise wasting your time there. I hope the store can provide some good training to the staff.
