She has been the best Ive been to, to date. Shes really professional and really good at her job. She uses a different kind of wax and her technique is amazing that it barely hurts when she pulls off the wax. Im really happy with her services and doubt Ill ever go to anyone else ever again.

I have just moved to Melbourne and will always be going back to tone salon!! it’s always tricky finding a new hairdresser especially when colour is so hard to get right. Christine and Toni are an amazing team, they listen to what each client wants whilst providing great advice. Couldn’t recommend the team more! Christine is such a warm person and Toni is a crack up. My nails look beautiful and the technician was really amazing at her job; she was so meticulous and made sure it was perfect for me and kept making sure I was happy. I had a really good experience here and would definitely recommend it.

Grace Glennen I had the most wonderful experience at Milk Nails! Siri provided me with the most wonderful manicure and pedicure for my upcoming hens/wedding. She took so much care of me and had so much attention to detail. I’ve never had someone take such amazing care of me. I had a slight issue with one of my nails the next day as it was slightly loose, however the girls there got me in straight away and fixed it up free of charge and even sent a follow up message to check in. Such a gorgeous place and never felt so well taken care of!!

I had the Signature Mani and Pedi it was fabulous my hands and feet are so soft and smooth and the natural polish feels lovely too, I usually need to take it off the day after as it feels tight and uncomfortable on my hands but so far it hasnt. I am already looking at my schedule for when I can rebook in with Jinny. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly.

K A The setup of the shop is very welcoming and professional. Customer service is great. The regular checkins via messages on how you liked your service also adds to this. However, last time I went to have my eyebrows threaded, I left with half of the end of my left eyebrow missing. Very disappointing considering I specifically asked for no thinning as I wanted to keep the thickness. The photos here don’t do it justice but a little makes a big difference. Although I was offered an eyebrow tint “until they grow back”, I declined. I won’t be returning again after this - which is a shame due to the convenience of the shops location. Can get a better service for lesser price elsewhere.

Maddie Olsen Beautiful service, felt relaxed the whole time I was there. I wanted an eyelash extensions look I haven’t done before and Ashley really made such an effort to make sure they were exactly how I envisioned them. The brow wax looked great too!

Lilly Hallett I got a lash lift from Navi and it was the most comfortable lash lift I have ever had. She was gentle, communicative and my eyes didn’t hurt at all! Would recommend they are so lovely here and the beds are very comfortable

She listened to what i was wanting and went above and beyond to achieve exactly what i was after. My lashes look fantastic - would go back to see her in a heartbeat!! Tien Nguyen This nail salon truly offers the best service and quality nails! Lieu and the team are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The equipment and environment is always spotless, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience. I absolutely love my nails every time – they achieve the perfect shape, length and design and the staff are enthusiastic about presenting different options to bring my nail visions to life!! I mostly get gel X and sns done and my nails last over 5 weeks without any chipping or lifting, which is amazing! Ive also had eyelash extensions done here, and the experience was just as fantastic. Lieu provided excellent advice on the best style to suit my eye shape, and the lashes were long-lasting and comfortable to wear (unlike some other places that I have tried). The staff always take great care of me and ensure I leave completely satisfied. This salon outshines any other Ive been to, including those expensive ones in Melbourne CBD. I cannot recommend this place enough and will always be coming back!!

She was upfront about all costs (once she knew what services I wanted) and during the consult made sure I knew how much it would all cost before I started treatment. Follow up two weeks post treatment was easy and super quick. I would happily recommend Helen and her studio for any of your beauty treatments.

Christopher Moodie I have hidden my smile in photos for years, afraid of showing too much gum. Turns out its actually a thing called Gummy Smile and it can be fixed (!) Helen was fantastic and the studio located conveniently on High Street, Northcote was perfectly clean and well organised. The doctor was very professional and I can honestly say the injections and any pain I felt was mostly unnoticed. Several clinics offer price per unit injectables. I liked that Helen was upfront about her pricing and assured me that I could top-up if necessary at my two-week review. Northcote Aesthetic Studio is highly recommended and I am looking forward to returning soon. P.s. I had to share my experience as I did notice a one-star review "the people are rude, dont go here", I do not know Helen personally, but the time I have spent with her at the Stuido in Northcote, I simply cannot believe that review or comment, she was such a lovely person with a heart of gold.

Every time I leave Organic Nails and Beauty I am beyond happy with my nails and even more impressed with how they hold up over the 3-4 weeks between appointments. Jenna and Helen really care about your nail health and I have seen a significant improvement in my nail strength since seeing them. You won’t regret booking an appointment here!

Bogdanović Nevena “Nena.Tardis” Terrible experience, they didn’t understand what i was asking for. I asked for a blowout and showed a picture he proceeded to use a flatiron on my hair . I told them i don’t like it, he didn’t care or listen. Charged me 75 dollars, even tho the price said 55. I very disappointed and would never recommend. I hope this helps to people making decisions to get a haircut.

Save The World Kim Jason is incredible! He gives THE BEST cuts. I drive from the south side to have him cut and style my hair. I always leave with a big smile because Jason truly knows NOT to cut my cowlicks! And $55 for cut AND blow dry.

Neetu Jangra I have never seen a worse place than this. This morning I went to get my sons haircut done. There was a lady there to whom I explained everything but she did everything the opposite. She did not understand such a simple thing that I wanted long hairs. Without thinking she started the machine and took out my sons hair. After all this when I told her, her only focus was on money. I would suggest you not to go there.
