1 /5 Vitoria Costa: I have been treated very, very, very badly at the Pandora store in South Wharf. This has not happened just once – every time I go there, regardless of the day, the service is extremely poor. On one visit, I even ended up buying a wider ring than I wanted because the sales assistant was rushing me so much that I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I left feeling completely disrespected and not valued at all as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Pandora, and it has left me deeply disappointed with this store.
