1 /5 T I: On July 26th at about 1:40pm, I was in the store for about 20 minutes and no one approached me to see if I needed any help or to even greet me. I walked to the back of the store to the body jewellery and saw that the employee was sitting on a little chair on her phone. I was right next to her and nothing was said. I’m a loyal Lovisa customer but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. I told the employee that it was very unprofessional that she didn’t do any service and that there were other customer in the store. I think the team needs a refresher on customer service and experience
