1 /5 Kynian Blake: I don’t leave reviews very often but the service I have received at Micheal hill Werribee was rude, deceitful, and dishonest, I purchased a wedding band made of sapphire tungsten. I asked for it in a size ‘V’ we tried on a few rings and we settled on the one I purchased thankfully I could take the one in stock. We then get to our wedding day that was 38 days later. I put my ring on and it was the wrong size, so I ring the store and was told to come down and we will sort it out I was told I didn’t need my paperwork. So I come in the store and speak to the same manager who sold me the ring. They refused to help me with a resize, they refused to help me with a credit. They refused to give me an other option. Due to a 30 day change of mind policy And that fact that the ring was worn on my wedding day, it classified as a used item. The manager and customer service help line flat out refused to help in any way. I am a member of Micheal hill but will never be shop at Werribee or any other store again.

1 /5 Holly Middlemiss: This is directed to the company as a whole. So my engagement ring was brought from here 4 years ago. Since then it’s been regularly checked and looked after as part of the diamond warranty plan. When last weekend the top 2 tiers of the ring has fallen off and lost…. Leaving just the outer rim left attached to the band. It looks like it’s not been attached properly given both rims of the halo have fallen off. Rang Micheal hill they told me they would only repair the ring not cover the cost of the diamond replacement. And given there was a mistake on the documentation I’d be lucky if that would even be covered as part of the warranty. When I asked about a replacement diamond I was told that getting replacement diamonds would be hard, potentially not possible. they wouldn’t entertain the idea of this. So now I’m left with a ring I can’t wear and out of pocket to buy a replacement since getting replacement diamonds from somewhere else and getting them set would cost thousands. Incredibly disappointed in this as my ring has been looked after and been under the warranty and constantly checked by different staff of Micheal hill.

Ne management and I’ll only be dealing with him from now on his name is Jag beautiful person friendly goes above and beyond considering the reputation Michael hill used to have we may rethink buying expensive jewellery again but jag had restored a little bit of my faith today excellent colleague and asset to the company thank you for helping me today I really appreciate it

And thankyou to Jag for the Cross i bought, my Fiance loved that on me aswell. This review was due one week ago today, and im sorry it took so long to write weve just been on a high. If youre a customer looking for an engagement ring or just some new bling dont go past Michael Hill Werribee, they not only have time for you, but will go above and beyond for you. Helping you to select the right piece for the right time. This review isnt a paid advertisment, this is legitement. Michael Hill Werribee did not try to upsell me past my means but did an honest and wonderful job at making our experience magical. I dont use these words lightly in any respect, but in the upmost respect. Thankyou to Maggie and Jag. Ill be coming back, possibly tomorrow to look at that bracelet.
