Andy Krekos Today I Walked into cash converters Werribee and Ive found a watch on display. The price was $159 i spoke to the sale person and she said that she could do it for $150 i asked her if she can ask the manager If he can do it for $140. When she returned she told me the price had gone up $249. She told me that the manager told her that someone had priced it wrong. So looks like hes talking rubbish because the sale person told me the item had been for sale for 3 weeks and thats why I made the offer. I asked to speak to the manager he come out he was so rude. Looks like he had a bad day. If the other manager was on (Hui) it would have been a different outcome. So he throws his staff under the bus that they priced it wrong. I have spent thousands of dollars there and thats how you get treated. Customers beware

Nat Ive had a smooth and wonderful experience here from start to finish! Firstly, I got a swift reply from Sian when I emailed about an item. At the store, Sam helped me with the purchase and was very friendly, even giving a demonstration that the item works. Unfortunately, I did find a fault, so I was assured by Brett that I would be refunded given the 90 day warranty. Natalie handled the return and was extremely polite and efficient! I am truly impressed by the customer service and highly recommend this store :)

Kynian Blake I don’t leave reviews very often but the service I have received at Micheal hill Werribee was rude, deceitful, and dishonest, I purchased a wedding band made of sapphire tungsten. I asked for it in a size ‘V’ we tried on a few rings and we settled on the one I purchased thankfully I could take the one in stock. We then get to our wedding day that was 38 days later. I put my ring on and it was the wrong size, so I ring the store and was told to come down and we will sort it out I was told I didn’t need my paperwork. So I come in the store and speak to the same manager who sold me the ring. They refused to help me with a resize, they refused to help me with a credit. They refused to give me an other option. Due to a 30 day change of mind policy And that fact that the ring was worn on my wedding day, it classified as a used item. The manager and customer service help line flat out refused to help in any way. I am a member of Micheal hill but will never be shop at Werribee or any other store again.

Holly Middlemiss This is directed to the company as a whole. So my engagement ring was brought from here 4 years ago. Since then it’s been regularly checked and looked after as part of the diamond warranty plan. When last weekend the top 2 tiers of the ring has fallen off and lost…. Leaving just the outer rim left attached to the band. It looks like it’s not been attached properly given both rims of the halo have fallen off. Rang Micheal hill they told me they would only repair the ring not cover the cost of the diamond replacement. And given there was a mistake on the documentation I’d be lucky if that would even be covered as part of the warranty. When I asked about a replacement diamond I was told that getting replacement diamonds would be hard, potentially not possible. they wouldn’t entertain the idea of this. So now I’m left with a ring I can’t wear and out of pocket to buy a replacement since getting replacement diamonds from somewhere else and getting them set would cost thousands. Incredibly disappointed in this as my ring has been looked after and been under the warranty and constantly checked by different staff of Micheal hill.

Anne MacKelvie Took in lots of pieces of jewellery left to me by my mum, aunt and grandmother. I needed to know if there was anything of value and what was costume jewellery. The gentleman who served me was very patient and professional, looked at everything carefully and was able to tell me what should be valued for insurance purposes. He also cleaned my engagement ring and wedding ring at no expense and seemed to enjoy the stories behind some of the items! The complimentary chocolate was nice too! Would highly recommend this store - there were also lots of beautiful pieces for sale. Below is my now shiny diamond ring!

Without taking me up a notch, to a more expensive brand. I must include, although it was getting close to closing time, the sales girl wasn’t bothered with the time of day. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for jewellery, at a very good price.

hope tan Very unhappy with your service! I went into the shop today (24/8/2022) about 4:00pm. The male service person Jack showed me two types earrings and told me the price on tag. I am happy to buy one of pairs . ($175.00). But when I ready to pay for it ,Jack told me the price is wrongly marked. The price should be $385. He just say that is someones fault not even a sorry or apologise mentioned. How can your shop put the price not following a businesss law? There was a lady assistant there too. I dont even want to give you one Star .
