5 /5 Maz Rn: I had a really great experience at this store! I was the lady you helped pick out the evil eye earrings. Justin and a lovely lady (whose name I didn’t catch as I was in a rush) were both incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist me, and their friendly attitude made my visit so much easier. Thank you both!

1 /5 Jasmin Lowry: Lee at Werribee Plaza Zamels was lovely & helpful. However, a small diamond fell out of my engagement ring 3 weeks after receiving it. Zamels head office basically blamed me stating that “fibres and a scratch were found” and would not fix it for free. Replacing 1 tiny diamond has cost about 20% of what the whole ring originally cost us. Absolutely devastated and now just wondering when I’ll lose the next diamond. Will never buy from Zamels again.

1 /5 Shazzy 3006: The sales rep working on the 30th of jan at 2:30 pm, was judgemental, rude and arrogant from the start. After purchasing a bracelet when asked to clarify regarding the bracelets legitimacy she was quick to judge and replied rather sarcastically that they don’t lie stating it was on the receipt and brushed us off. She was very prejudice when clarifying about the other bracelets in the shop saying that it was too expensive in-sighting that it was over “$1000 over dollars, it’s very expensive!” .I would not spend my money here with a sales rep such as her although there a so many interesting and beautiful designs . I was about to purchase more for my daughter today but decided not to after being insulted this way in person in front of other customers. It’s sad to see that there are people like this around . Regardless I am happy I bought the bracelet for my daughter as she loved it.

4 /5 M Man: Leigh (not sure on spelling), was absolutely helpful. I had a tungsten ring which faded. Leigh was so helpful, she had said this never been seen before. Ordered me a new one, transferred from airport west. I have never had any dramas with jellwery here. And customer service has always been friendly and accommodating to my needs. Ive always shopped at Zamels. Thank you Leigh for all your help, we got there in the end.
