His attention to detail during every phase of getting the ring was solid - whether it be during the initial discussion, working back and forth during the design phase and then ultimately the creating the ring. He was always open to design changes which made him super easy to work with and the end product has been amazing. Alex Stewart I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you

Karen VS A really great beginner jewellery making class, highly recommend. Sarah was very accommodating providing us with choices of location. We selected Philip Island because we were a group with international visitors and were visiting for penguin parade. Sarah has a kind and calm presence and was flexible with timing and totally fine when we were running late on the drive down. The class was fun and very easy to pick up as beginners. She helped make sure we could all make what we wanted and adjusted tools and techniques to ensure success. We were all incredibly happy with the rings we made and she also provided step by step instructions in a pdf after to help us remember the full process. Incredibly enjoyable and great class. 10/10!
