Troy went above and beyond making sure my ring was perfect, despite the extra work and expense he very kindly put in. Amazing service. He and his staff are always helpful, thoughtful and patient, and the shop is full of tempting pieces in different styles. My sisters jewellery has come from Troy for years, and weve just bought my step-daughters first piece of serious jewellery from Troy, which she chose herself and loves. I dont usually do Google reviews but this business definitely deserves the five star rating.

5 /5 R W: Had a fantastic experience with Troy and colleagues. My partner and I visited the jewellery shop in the pursuit of some jewelry and we couldnt have been happier with the whole process. Upon entering the shop it was exactly as Id hoped - helpful, relaxed and not pushy sales tactics. Troy showed us lots of different variations and then talked through the design of ours with us. He then produced a CAD drawing which helped us to appreciate how our jewelry could look. After agreeing to proceed, we then waited a few weeks whilst it was made. The end result was absolutely perfect, exactly what wed asked for and we were both extremely happy. Wed heard good things about the shop before visiting and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Although I live in Perth, the communication was excellent and the jewellery was made in a timely fashion. I will definitely recommend Troy to my friends and family, he is my go - to jeweller from now on. Very professional service, I am one extremely happy customer!
