5 /5 Girik Gupta: I had a piercing done here recently and was looked after by Gael. She was absolutely wonderful — very professional, kind, and easy to talk to. What impressed me most was her skill; the process was so quick and smooth that I barely realized when the piercing was done. Gael also gave me clear and helpful aftercare advice, which I really appreciated. The whole setup was extremely clean and sterile — she opened fresh packets of gloves, used a new syringe, and ensured everything was done with proper hygiene. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this place if you’re considering a piercing.

1 /5 anthea cross: You cant leave zero starts so you get one by default. Just went to skin kandy and was treated so badly by the staff. I said I had most of my piercings at Essential Beauty and they started to bag the crap out of EB to an extent where I was uncomfortable about the way they spoke about another reputable piercing company. EB are fantastic and should take legal action against you for defamation. This is not the first time my friends have heard them speaking like this about EB and it needs to stop. I will be contacting Essential Beauty so they can take legal action against you.

5 /5 Kate Tyson: Fantastic experience from start to finish! Trainee on the desk was super helpful and detailed in her explanation of costs and considerations. Liana is an absolute gem and brilliant with the young ones. My 10yo was getting her 2nd lobe piercings and as her jewelry of choice wasnt available for cartridge piercing, Liana ensured we knew all of our options and relevant costs. I was shocked when my daughter opted for manual needle piercing and this is a credit to how Liana made her feel, confident and ready to give it a shot. Empathetic and kind throughout, everything was explained before it was done so Miss 10 knew exactly what to expect. We left over the moon with not just the piercings, but also the confidence and pride my daughter carried with her from such a positive experience. Liana, you are a gem and we are super grateful for your kindness and professionalism - Im looking forward to coming back in July to re-pierce my own seconds. Highly recommend!
