He is very informative before he starts with a clear agreed plan. Had the best night sleep after that! I’ll definitely be a regular customer ongoing!

But the genuine care and service, the high quality products used, the commitment to education the owners invest in their staff to continually evolve their skills and level of service, and the broad range of services offered that can be tailored to your skin and beauty needs are amazing and have kept me coming back (and it helped my dermatologist attests my skin is in great shape and that of someone younger after treatments and using the DSP skincare line from there at home!). I have high trust in this beauty salon and have seen the results walking in and out the doors for years. It’s the start of a great skin journey if you choose to go here (and a lot of learning about your skin, with sincere pampering and laughs too)

Janice Gvalda The sugaring hair removal service was really well done. Lisa was very friendly and did a wonderful job. This was my first time having a sugaring session and Lisa was super helpful answering all my questions and gave me some great tips. Will definitely be back.

Danielle Matters My daughter and I booked for hair and makeup for my other daughters wedding. We paid a 50% deposit with the rest being due on the day. We had our makeup done first, then our hair. The hairdresser was lovely, she let us know that it would cost a tiny bit more as I wanted a clip put in and my daughter wanted a half up/ half down. I didnt ask how much to be fair. When we went to pay, it cost HEAPS more, nearly double. I didnt question it at the time, as we left in a hurry. It was a hot day, but neither of us felt the hair or makeup held up. We got home and had to touch up our shiny faces before leaving and the curls did not hold. All this aside, the prices did not correlate with their advertised rates, so I sent an email requesting a breakdown of the expenses of the services to which I never received a reply. I think this is poor form and I wont be going back or recommending this place because its not worth it.

Taylor Tresize Ive been to many different places in the past for hair extensions but nowhere quite compares to Yuliias. I have never had someone be able to match the colour or blend my natural hair into the extensions as perfectly as she did. Without a doubt some of the best work Ive had done and will definitely be going back!

Rachel Before booking Yuliia, I did a lot of research into the different types of hair extension methods available as Ive never had extensions before and I didnt want to make a costly mistake. Im so glad I did, as Im extremely pleased with the result she produced and also pleasantly surprised at how light, undetectable and natural looking the extensions are. Its been a month since Yuliia did my hair and it looks just as good as when she first did it, maybe even better as its had time to settle and Ive learned how to maintain and style it. And, so far, none have been lost, which is great. Thanks for taking me as a new client and fitting me in Yuliia as I know youre very busy (for good reason!). Truly top shelf quality and service.
