1 /5 C Elysia: I walked in today and wasn’t greeted or offered any help. The lady didn’t come over to see what I was interested in, whether I wanted to look at anything more closely, or even try on anything. The customer service felt really poor, and I honestly felt like I wasn’t welcome to stay. I’ll probably just go to Bevilles directly across from them next time...their service is always much warmer and more welcoming. Do better.

I am very grateful to the staff who found the part and fixed it for me, even though they are not a repair shop. They said, "It was a small part, but luckily we had one left over, so we were able to fix it for you for free." They even wished me a happy new year. I appreciate your kindness ✨️
