1 /5 Nadia Caruso: I had a disappointing experience with Saleras Highpoint store ( Level 2) nearest to Kmart. I brought my item in for repair, but despite the fact that the repair was going to cost more than to purchase a new one. I did not proceed. They kept my deposit without this being stipulated on repair form. Deposit went towards courier cost. I found that very strange . Not to mention how rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue was Mrs Salara and sales person. The sales person was argumentatively answering back and also trying to hold my copy of the repair form. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I took the unrepaired item and left the store. I would advise others to be cautious before leaving a deposit. Also ensure the team all have the same communication. Unfortunately, you are forced to leave a deposit to send a repair away. If Mr Salera was still alive, he would have looked after me, like other times. I will never return to purchase any other jewellery.
I am in customer service and would have helped to retain customer by offering to transfer $50 towards the purchase of a new watch. Clearly the team have no idea about building customer satisfaction, hence effecting a review rating/s.
