1 /5 Alejandra Graterol: I don’t give bad reviews very often, but this is the worst customer service I have received in a long time.
A male staff (supposedly training another female staff), served me at the counter and of the sudden told me, not asked me, for my email. I asked why, and he briefly explained that was for the paperless receipt. I asked if I could have a normal receipt as it was a gift, just to treat me as I didn’t understand what he was saying and telling the girl: “just give it the receipt” rolling his eyes.
Please train your staff that no-verbal language is the most important thing in face-to-face customer service. He made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I should even asked for his name, but it was the only male staff working there today.
