5 /5 Clive Smith: Arrived 5 minutes before closing time. The pin holding my watch strap was stuck. The watch has great sentimental value so I was very worried that it couldnt be fixed. The jeweller took the watch and managed to get the pin out so I could replace the strap. When I asked the cost he said "Thats ok no cost". I cant thank them enough, the watch means a lot to me and not to be charged was the icing on the cake. Wonderful service, highly recommended.
