Bhavani Sundharam I trusted these fake 5 stars. I had a very bad experience here extremely unprofessional staff . I bought Cartia style bangle and ring 21k I spend it 2k last year The ring has started to change color And today I went to the shop and I want to exchange or sell and they offer me $1500 and they said I can do only exchange . I have been to many stores but this is the first time I have seen this kind of condition the staff act like they are giving us something for free , very unprofessional And they dont have a many options and I didnt like it anything there. When I first bought a bangle from there the bangle had a lot of scratches on it when I asked them they said it came like that today I saw another bangle it was damage so I don’t recommend this place and worst customer service.

Dodgy way of transaction, receipt writing etc. Surely authorities will find out soon. And most disgusting part was would not even want to wrap or bag the two and half grands jewellery. Absolutely disgusting.
