What really stands out is how they treat their customers even after the sale. I accidentally damaged some of my jewelry with chemicals, and they handled everything so compassionately. They took wonderful care of my pieces, and they came back beautiful and shiny as the day I first bought them! I’m so grateful for their support!

My husband and I went to 4 other jewellers who said they could not repair my rings and that I had to have my ring re-made and it would take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks before I received them back. The repair was to replace all 6 claws around the diamond and to resize both my wedding band and engagement ring. Im so happy to have met Temelli Jewellery. John was so lovely you justed wanted him to be your friend. He gave us very good advice, definitely knew what he was talking about and was so honest and kind. He made us feel very comfortable. Anne later helped us when we picked up my rings and she was so beautiful and super helpful too. We also met Johns brother who was equally lovely. Anyway just want to say a big thankyou to Temelli Jewellery as I am so happy with their work. My rings did not need to be re-made and i received my rings back in a week.
