My husband and I went to 4 other jewellers who said they could not repair my rings and that I had to have my ring re-made and it would take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks before I received them back. The repair was to replace all 6 claws around the diamond and to resize both my wedding band and engagement ring. Im so happy to have met Temelli Jewellery. John was so lovely you justed wanted him to be your friend. He gave us very good advice, definitely knew what he was talking about and was so honest and kind. He made us feel very comfortable. Anne later helped us when we picked up my rings and she was so beautiful and super helpful too. We also met Johns brother who was equally lovely. Anyway just want to say a big thankyou to Temelli Jewellery as I am so happy with their work. My rings did not need to be re-made and i received my rings back in a week. Both rings look amazing and like new. I will definitely recommend family and friends and look forward to purchasing their beautiful for myself too.

They make flawless jewelry, and they will exceed any expectations you have for a jeweler. I cannot recommend them enough. I hope my story with John will encourage others to choose them. It speaks to their grace, determination, and flawless craftsmanship. Its a Monday at 4:50pm. After going to 8 jewelers on Collins street I peered through their window 10min before closing. John Temelli greets me, I will find this out later, but his father started the shop and now manages the workshop across the street. I told him - "I have a terrible problem. I need an engagement ring this Friday. I wanted to make something custom for her, but I know with only 4 days, I will need something pre-made". John looks at me and says "4 days... We make that custom for you". Im completely stunned - no other jeweler would entertain that concept and rightfully so - who comes in with 4 days left! I sheepishly asked - "Well Im really looking for a quite intricate band, with a pear shaped green sapphire, embedded with marquise diamonds... Is that possible?" John sits me down and asks to take a look at the design. He explains that since everything is in house Temelli can say yes when other jewelers say no. He believes they can make it for me in time. After discussing, its 30min after closing, but you would never know it because the team is there for you. World class. The next morning - I come to take a look at the pear sapphires. No one has gems like them. Perfectly shaped and brilliant. John worked overnight to create the 3D design. He asked me for a few clarifying points on the design. Within 30min I was out the door - feeling confident that I picked the right gem and had the right design. 24 hours ago I had nothing. John kept me updated each day. By Thursday only two days after we finalised everything, the ring was casted, the gems were set, and it was ready to be polished. I picked the ring up Friday morning. Timid to see what they had made in such a short time. I was blown away. Its one of the most unique and beautiful pieces of jewelry Ive seen. My fiancée loved it! I cannot thank Temelli (especially John) for helping me through such a turbulent time. Plans change and I didnt think I was going to be able to propose the way I wanted to, but Temelli made it happen!
