As soon as I met Ralph and we started chatting about what I had in mind, I knew I was going to purchase the ring from him. His calm and respectful demeanor left me feeling like all my concerns or queries were heard and thought through. A few weeks later I put in my first deposit to have a custom engagement ring and wedding band produced. The entire journey from the concept designs to the delivered rings; I felt listened to and Ralph was understanding through the entire process. I cannot put to words how much I recommend the store and staff at Simon Curwood Miranda. An amazing experience and one that makes my purchase all the more special as It will always be apart of the story of my engagement and eventual marriage. Thank you guys!

Ash went out of her way to guide me through the process, even giving me a diamond education since I’d never had one before.
