Good attention to detail to my requirements and good communication right from ordering in the right chain for me and fulfilling my customisation request and were able to deliver in time. Highly recommend this Michael Hill branch for a great buying experience.

5 /5 Kyra: After going in for the 6 monthly ring inspection, the gentleman who served us was prompt, polite and immediately spotted damage to my ring. He explained what he saw and even showed us under the microscope! We have previously had poor experiences in other locations however this experience was excellent. He explained the process of sending the ring off as well as a breakdown of costs. He even advised that there was a wedding band which fit with my engagement ring, something my husband was never told!
