Ashly Hicks Dalida and her team at Vosgi jewellers helped me from the very first consultation in what would have been without Dalida a very anxious experience designing a hand made engagement ring. they were so understanding and helpful in the design, stone selection then COVID hit and lockdown, Dalida was thoughtful and patient throughout and the final product is incredible and loved by my partner. Sarah Wright Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring.
