5 /5 Sarah Wright: Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Both my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. Thank you.

2 /5 Karen: Ive walked into the store looking to get help to purchase jewellery and both time been treated as if Im not a serious buyer and make me feel like Im an inconvenience to them. Prices arent so bad though

1 /5 H S: Worst company . They hide behind their policies . I bought a watch it stopped working after 6 weeks and they pass the buck to their suppliers and they make it the customers problem . Don’t buy from Angus and Coote .
