Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. Jade Peters Kevin did an outstanding job creating a bespoke necklace showcasing a precious loose cut gem with important sentimental value to my family. His craftsmanship was spectacular and his knowledge and care were beyond my expectations. Kevin was very generous and kindly made a setting with incredibly high quality metal (platinum) for an incredibly good price. I will definitely be relying on Kevin’s craftsmanship for any future plans with my jewellery.

Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic. I cant wait for my wife to open her presents. Great experience, I will gladly return and direct others to shop here.
