The customer service was superb, the price is extremely affordable compared to other stores. The designs are also as nice as luxury store jewellery! Ill definitely come again soon in case of another last min gift! LOL

1 /5 Caroline Walker: On the day the employee had a chat with the owner amd send him pic of the necklace we had bought from them, owner said he can only decide if he can fix it if we leave the necklace so he can check it out, they will call us later, no one called me and when I followed this up 3 months later they said i have no proof of the necklace, they sell their jewelry with warranty but now I can’t get my necklace back at all

1 /5 Charlie: I would strongly advise against shopping at this jewelry store. My partner purchased a gold bracelet for me as a Christmas gift, and after only a few weeks of wear, it began to tarnish. The lady who sold it to him specifically told him it was gold, and if it showed signs of wear, we could return it. However, when we went in to return it today, we were met with an extremely dismissive and rude staff member. When I pointed out the tarnishing, the man laughed and told me, "No, it’s 925 sterling silver," completely contradicting what we were told at the time of purchase. He refused to acknowledge the tarnishing, instead insisting it was simply “dirty” and told me I needed to take it to be cleaned. He brushed off my concerns and acted as if it was my fault for the poor quality of the bracelet. Additionally, the receipt clearly stated 60-day returns, yet he rudely told me they only had a 14-day return policy. His attitude was unprofessional and condescending, making it clear they have no intention of standing behind their products. This feels like a complete scam, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this store. Do not buy the Van Clef style bracelet or any jewelry from here. Nobody would purchase a gold bracelet for $200 if they knew it would turn silver after a month of wear. an absolute disgrace

5 /5 Stephanie: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, further allowing me to feel welcomed as soon as I walked over. I looked at a couple pieces and the customer service was exceptional as the salesperson was very patient. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new jewellery pieces to add to their wardrobe.
