1 /5 Shelby Danielz: Disgusting tactics from employees who will blatantly lie and convince you that your item is worthless so they can buy it for nothing and then sell it for literally thousands more. Absolute scum. The employee ranted on about how I’d been ripped off by the jewellers who originally sold me the item, I later found out was all lies. Previously I had only positive experiences with the Croydon store so I am disgusted at their blatant disregard for policies and their scummy behaviour. Avoid this store if you are looking to sell or lend. Go to Ringwood cash converters if you must

The service use to be really friendly and helpful but this guy today, kept running back and forwards from the boss, lacked experience and wasnt friendly.. like he was trying to be a brown nose and earn brownie points from the boss. I think his name was Dan or something.
